Default 2x4 to 4x4
Is it possible to change a 2xd to a 4xd f150 2006?
And if so how much would it cost?

It will probably be cheaper to sell the 2x4 and buy a 4x4.

To answer your question more directly, yes, you can with a lot of work and money, change a 2x4 into a 4x4.

way too much stuff involved to make that work, just sell it and get a 4x4. youll be glad you did
