Default 2wd Leveling kit

I drive a 2006 regular cab long bed 2wd (like a construction truck) f150 and I'm looking to throw a leveling kit on her and I want to be able to do this safely and clear 33s. How high of a leveling kit would i need? And if I can't fit 33s what's a good size leveling kit and tires?

Also i have the plastic rims, would the chrome rims fit on it?

I thought that I had some better pictures of my 2004 uploaded, apparently not. This was 2.5" front leveling kit and 2" block in the rear. 285/70/17 on stock wheels.
