Default 2008 Ford F-150 random missfire

2008 Ford F-150 random missfire it has the 4.6 I'm getting a random missfire can't figure out what cylinder I'm scanning it with a snap on ethos all is says is random missfire on the data part it says all cylinders passed I have put new motorcraft plugs and new coils
the egr valve and tube is rusty is there something I might be missing to check thanks

I just scanned it with a different scanner and came up with p0106

MAP sensor. You have the 4.6 right?

Yes it's the 4.6 will that cause the random missfires thanks

Default could mean you have vacuum leak

There are tests for that to see if sensor changing with pressure , You could also use a vacuum gauge among other things . map in your case is changing fuel mixture .
