2008 F150 @ low idle, wants to stall

2008 F150 @ low idle, wants to stall
2008 F150
Crew Cab
5.6 Bed
King Ranch
5.4L
182k miles
Stock with no after market parts/accessories
Purchased recently (less 6 months)
Issue:
When engine is warm (30 minutes of running), as I am in reverse at a slow speed, the truck wants to stall. I have noticed that within the last 4 months (2k miles), this is happening in drive and reverse but only in slow (2-5 mph). The truck wants to stall, making all cans of noise but does not stall. When I provide gas, it clears up.
The truck drives great with no issues....I have had many 100+ mile trips with no issue.
Attempt to Resolve:
3 times my mechanic has seen the truck. No codes showing up. They never could replicate my issue until the last (3rd) time in. They had their computer connected and no codes were showing. All of the following have been checked; throttle position sensor, Idle Air Control, and MAF/Throttle body cleaned.
I had a carbon defense cleaning performed and the result is the truck rides much, much better but still have the same issue with the wanting to stall.
Power steering pump has been checked.
The manifolds were recently repaired/fixed.
Again, no codes have ever showed up.
Truck located in PA, emissions and safety inspections passed.
Please help with any insight.
Thank you.
