New to me 2008 F150 XLT SCrew. Something not right with my the antenna base. Looks like this:
Looking at the parts catalog, for sure I'm missing the cap (18A927). But am I also missing the 16D186, or is this what is currently on my truck? And the antenna mast also is a short one and I'd like to go back to stock. Can anyone straighten me out? Anyone have the parts I need laying around?
Sorry, I don't have any parts, but the only thing that seems to be missing in your pic is the cap (18a927).
I'd probably go to the nearest junk yard where you could get the cap and the antenna and negotiate pricing.Tasca has the base cap #3 for $5.34 6L3Z-18A927-A and the antenna for $25.40 AL8Z-18813-A
