Default 2007 King Ranch F150 driver seat, and memory pedal issues

Okay I know the seat no longer engages with the buttons, and neither does the pedals, the fuse is fine so my first question is what is wrong with them since they are both on the same circuit. Second I know there is a way to move the seat manually, however I cannot get the side panels on the seat off, the lumbar support wheel and the back rest lever is held on tight… making it near impossible to remove without breaking. If anyone can give me answers to help me I’d appreciate it.

I have not personally had to deal with this issue, but I'm fairly certain I have read on here a few times that the issue is a wire that breaks in the drivers door sill area, requires pulling up the plastic trim piece in the door sill and finding the broken wire and re-splicing it.

here is a concise video showing the repair I was thinking of, I guess it was on the passenger side...
