It is a nice looking truck.
But leaking manifolds and busted coils had to have been present when you purchased it.
Your heater settings only working on certain positions is the blower motor resistor. Easy to replace, about $12. Not sure what you mean by the ac isn't working, but it's a pretty good chance that your blower motor is ****ting the bed, or you have blend door issues. Again, not that hard of a fix.
Horn and o/d thing? You got me, no idea. A bad battery will cause lots of weird gremlins to show up though. I would recommend getting that, and your alternator tested.

Thanks for the compliment I try to keep it in good shape plus that's why I bought it. The tps confuses me the most the cluster has the O/D light in the spot where the handbook sayst he tps equipped light should be and when a tire gets low the o/d lights up. The a/c I put a fuse in and it comes on then pops the fuse.

Climate and how it's delt with (salt on the road?) has to be a factor here, although some of the interior issues (fan blower) you have would not be tied to it I'd think.

I purchased a 2007 in Central Florida over a year ago with 119K. It has not given me any failures to date, and now has 129K. It was a Florida truck prior to me buying it. No rust issues at all.

To fix your heater switch settings, its most likely the blend door; a common issue with these year trucks. Sometimes its a piece of foam that falls away and causes the blend door to not seal or close. Search that on this site for ways to correct/fix it. As to the A/C, sounds like maybe the compressor or its clutch is bad, or the wiring from the dash button to the clutch is shorted, blowing the fuse.
The tire pressure and O/D (over drive dash light?) is baffling me. Are you sure it's not the low tire pressure lamp that is on? Beginning in 2007, all vehicles required the low tire pressure lamp in the cluster. Just another way the government thought they were helping us. The O/D light should only come on when you push the buttom at the end of the steering column gear selector (or on the center console if you have the gear shifter in the center console option).
The springs breaking are most likely due to all the salty road conditions from winter driving. It's unfortunate that there is so much salt that has to be used to keep the roads clear.

Thanks. The 2 high fan setting work fine just the 2 low don't, the dash has the o/d light in the spot where my handbook says the tps light is starting to feel like someone changed the cluster and questioning the milage but carfax shows Vin clean?

TPMS sensors were an option so it makes sense you might not have the light.

The truck does have tpms but it turns on my o/d off light till I fill the low tire.
