Looking at a 07 FX4 Crew Cab 6.5 box and 20's with everything but center counsel, leather and dvd.

It has new toyo tires, v-force dual exhaust from the muffler back and warranty till 2011 from ford.


How people who have a truck similar to this how do you like it? I have never owned a 5.4L but use a 5.8 and v10 at work so I'm used to decent power.

Is there anything to watch out for? Recalls?

it's a good truck overall, not alot of issues to worry about. as for power they are decent, a tad more peppy than a 5.3 chevy IMO. i have a 07 and have 0 issues with it, lifted for 15k miles too.

 

I have this truck, sans the 20's.

Zero problems. Had an oil change and diffy service done at the beginning of the month at the dealership. The service desk guy ran my VIN and said there were no recalls for my vehicle at this time, he seemed shocked by this.

Has been an outstanding unit thus far.
