Default 2007 F150 mudflaps

I am trying to buy some mudflaps for my dads 07 F150 but I do now know what I need to buy. I am looking at the ones in the link below but should I get them w/flares or w/o flares? He has a 4 door F-150 if that matters.. People have told me it is a "flareside" truck but I have no idea what that means...

Go to your local Ford dealers Parts department and get a price on the mudflaps for your truck, then compare the price to these links:

http://fordpartspeople.com/

http://www.f150store.com/

You'll find that the above links offer better prices on genuine Ford parts then your local dealer. 2004 to 2008 are the same fitment fo your mudflaps (splash guards)

As to the "flareside" issue, this is what Ford now calls the rear bed that used to be called "stepside", meaning there is a step in front of the rear wheels. The "styleside" bed is one that is straight; no steps on the sides.

Ok, here are pictures of his truck. Please link me to the flaps on another site or one of the 2 you posted above. I found them at FordPartsPeople.com but they had 2 to chose from. Thanks!!

Check that out. Enter your truck year and model and it will tell you if they fit. more selection as well. They have an additional 15% if you call in today. (most products)

Thanks for the quick replies but those links still leave me in the same dilemma. I need to be 100% sure the splash guards I get will fit my dads truck with the "flareside" body style.. He would love to have OEM style guards with the Ford logo on them also...
