2007 engine problems 4.6l 4x4 auto IM lost
Ok I have a 2007 single cab stx 4x4 auto it runs like crap and im lost ive replaced all the ignition coils with accel coils and spark plugs with ngk iridiums and all the injectors with motorcraft ones two months ago the transmission was rebuilt 5 months ago 84k miles right now started having these problems at about 79k miles right after the transmission was rebuilt by amco. Im really good at fixing things i can weld build all kinds of stuff blah blah blah..... but this engine makes me run in circles????? I have an auto enginuity scanner and i can read all the codes and stuff. so here are my modifications and so on...... 35" mtrs on 17" black alloys with 1.5" wheel spacers in front. Plastics fenders have been removed and lots of body trimming i could fit 37" tires. 3" lift via rancho quick lifts and camburg engineering UCAs no sway bars. Rear I added a leaf and block swapped rearends from another F-150 sterling 9.75 built a bedcage and axle truss with 4 rancho 5000s shocks. Gears in axles are 4.56 yukons with a detroit locker in the rear. Full custom skid plates under neath. Exhaust is simply a magna flow single in dual out straight through muffler in the factory position with two dumps before the axle. Air intake is stock except i cut most of the factory shroud away from the airfilter and put a K&N wrapped in panty hose in its place. Panty hose acts as a pre filter wrap cheap way. Its has heavy off road bumpers winch agm super star battery and a great sound system blah blah blah...I haul a boat around and off road alot. These problems have come back again Trans mission fault light comes on often check engine all kinds of stuff it vibrates and barely can make it do 50mph shifts like crap runs like crap. Here are all my codes will some one please help me?? Yes I have searched and read alot intake leaks cam sensors etc...

cut out the catalytic converters one was severely destroy and plugged runs much better shifts everything better still not 100% though any help greatly appreciated still looks like it has issues
ok ive been driving my truck it runs and shifts better now with the cleaned out cats all welded back up, i was impreessed with how loud this engine was lol, its knockin like a diesel still and getting miss fires on 7 updates soon any advise greatly appreciated
