Default 2006 Navigation?

So I have been thinking about putting in a factory navigation unit in my truck, but they are hard hard to find and seem like they are a headache to put in cause the getting them programmed and everything, I don't know about you guys but I hate dealing with dealerships. So I have read many threads and searched the internet for the best solution cause I want the factory look. I have come up with three solution to this one is just going for the original factory unit, two is a unit made by motevo which keeps the factory look for around $700, three is another unit made by oem which looks exactly like the factory but does not have the six disc changer in it and it goes for around $1000 let me know what you guys think I should do

put one in that the customer bough of eBay non ford but mounting and wiring the same worked good but no sub output even the steering controls worked.
if you get a 06 ford nav it probably wont need programing you will need the sat antenna and disc.there is sub and non sub units.if you get a 04 to 05 you will need a antenna adaptor

Just go aftermarket. Take a look at my JVC. It dosent look stock but it looks real clean. Use www.sonicelectronix.com they are super cheap!!

i dont really need it to play dvds, but which would be the better choice the motevo units are easier to get ahold of the a factory unit
