Default 2006 FX4 problem....please help??

hey guys, i have a 2006 FX4 with 55,000 miles on it. Im really confused as to what this problem is. Sometimes when im driving at low speeds i get this really weird sound and moan sound, almost sounds like the front wheels are in 4x4 for min or so, and then it goes away. I can feel the vibration in my steering wheel and in the truck, it's not terrible but you can deff tell that something is moaning and causing some vibration in the front end. Then it randomly goes away and the truck drives fine after this..... I am sooo confused.

Does it happen most of the time when you're turning? I used to have an issue that sounds similar to this but it only happened when I was turning. It was my iwe solenoid. The iwe solenoid is a common problem on our trucks because they get wet easily. The newer ones have a shield over them that protects them from water and prevents the issue.

Does it sound like this?
You shouldn't engage 4wd on dry pavement tho...
