Here's a write up from just answer. Are you sure it's the window leaking and not the 3rd brake light?

I have the power slider (that only occasionally works). A few weeks ago, I had my dirt bike in the bed and the way I had it strapped, a lever cracked the third brake light. I didn't think much of it until Tuesday morning. It had been a very moist night with tons of condensation on the truck. When I pulled out, I saw through the mirror water dripping inside! I figured a seal had gone bad. I poured a bottle of water on the drain track, and it went right down the drain and out the bottom of the truck. Not inside. I poured some on the light, and it did not immediately leak inside, but when I put my fingers under the headliner, I could feel it was wet. After reading a few posts here, Im concluding the water from the exposure to the air via the cracked brake light. I ordered a new one and taped over it, then dried the truck with a fan. No more moisture in the truck.

The funny thing, before I saw it leaking, I noticed one night before bed the front windshield was fogged up. I thought it was strange, but didn't put it all together. I ordered an LED replacement and will install it this weekend. Don't know if my experience helps, but good luck with yours.
