Jotto Desk stopped making this model, but you may be able to find a used one.

What all do I need to buy in order to hook up a CB raido with a PA speaker?

With most cbs all you would need is a PA speaker, wires, which ever style plug the cbs plug in for the PA is. I'm using a 100w PA speaker that I had hooked to my siren before I took it and my lights out, and my light Cobra 19 pushes plenty of juice throught that speaker.
