Help i have an 06 f 150 its a great truck it has 62500 miles i just got it at 62000 for a great price. I am having engine problems. It has the tick coming from the passenger side and it also likes to bog down really bad when giving it full throttle. There is no cel on, i also only use bp gas. It is not a spit or sputter it is a full out loss of power until i let of the gas and gradually press the pedal. It runs fine until i give it full throttle. Please help me find the solution to this problem I'm going to run some gumout fuel system cleaner through it when i get close to empty

 

Also while idling it nack fires when i rev it up. Should i replace the fule filter then run the gumout through it
