Well, if you want a shop to do this, it'll most likely cost $250-500 if spark plugs aren't broke. (About $200 is what you would spend if you bought the plugs (about $100) and the broken spark plug tool (about $60), plus the spark plug socket and other tools)

Sometimes people ask a friend who is knowledgeable enough to do it. I always end up being that friend and usually either do it for free or get them to pay for dinner sometime at an all you can eat place. Not trying to steer you, but sometimes friends can help.
