I have a 2005 FX4 F150 with 160000 miles, it's running really rough... It's fine when I first start it up, but then it will get really rough. Check gauges will come on, P0345 and P0349 codes will make the check engine come on. I changed out the driver side cam phaser and gave a new battery, and at this point I was going to change out the passenger side cam phaser, but I feel like the problem will still be there... Please help
