2005 F150 Stalling
I’ve got a 2005 F150 5.4 liter with about 140K miles on it that began rough idling a few months ago. The problem has gotten worse, to the point that the truck will start when cool, run for about 15 minutes, then stall. The engine won’t start again for 20-30 minutes. When it does finally start, it only runs for about 1-2 minutes before stalling again.
Letting it sit overnight starts this whole process over again. And, of course, it hasn’t thrown a single code amidst this entire ordeal.
Here is a list of things I’ve replaced so far:
-spark plugs
-battery and alternator (battery died, and alternator was reading low; this may be totally unrelated to the stalling issue)
-fuel filter
-fuel pump
-fuel pump driver module
-fuel pressure sensor
-cleaned throttle body and replaced throttle body gasket ring
-cleaned MAF sensor
-new engine air filter
I have a throttle body position sensor and crankshaft position sensor on order, to see if either one helps.
Worth noting is that the truck has a fairly significant oil leak. Not exactly sure what the culprit is, but it’s bad enough that I’m having to add about half a quart every 3-4 weeks.
At any rate, I’m becoming increasingly discouraged as this process continues, and would appreciate any advice anyone has to offer.

? did you ever check/monitor fuel psi (before throwing parts at it)?
? what is fuel psi now when it is failing ?
? did you ever check your grounds, especially one in kick panel by fuse box and the one by fpdm? if not, do that now and post a pic of them if you can.
id stop with throwing parts for now, at least in to l you rule out fuel.
It seems to be a problem with the temperature and/or the change from open to closed loop, since the problem begins after the engine has had time to warm up.
You could check the temperature PIDs if your device reads live data. One of the temperature sensors could be sending a faulty signal to the PCM.
I'd monitor those PIDs, the fuel pressure, the fuel trims,, and the O2 sensor PIDs until the problem occurs.
You could also check the Mode 6 data if your device has that feature.

From experience
If it has no codes, and the truck thinks itself is okay
You have a fuel system issue, most likely it needs a new fuel pump
Start there
Interrogate the fuel system
Your 05 may need a new fuel pump driver module or a new fuel pump, possibly a new pressure transducer on the rail
The 05 PCED is your friend (AllData at your public library is FREE) Has The WHOLE PCED to print free
Go through the fuel delivery section with a fine tooth comb
Dorman driver modules have been known to fail quick, get a Ford one if you can find one
