Father in law is in charge of maintenance on fleet trucks for the post office. (in FL) He swears by Jasper.

I just got a FoMoCo reman for my 06. For $4000.00 36 month unlimited mileage warranty. Came with new plugs, oil, oil filter , timing cover and valve covers, intake and exhaust manifold gaskets. New cam sensors new VCT solenoids. I did have to buy a crank sensor. Yep its more money but I think it's worth the extra

I live in Southern Indiana and several recent Jasper engine reviews had me skeptical. Do some research on them. I ended going another route. This is copied from another post
New Reman Motor - Power Souce out of Memphis TN I went with them based off user reviews and the BBB reviews and rating. My Mechanic was very impressed with the engine and company. Here is a video of the plant.

3 yr 100,000 mile warranty.
Extras I added for peace of mind
New AC Condenser recommended by mechanic

New Belts, hoses etc.
Out the door parts (3149.00 Engine) and labor of 1700 and about 400 in extra parts for 5462.00
Now I'm only three oil changes in but, I have had no issues,
