Default 2005 Brake Issues??

I recently bought a 2005 F150 Lariat SCrew with only 29,500 miles on it. I have had it for over a month and have put maybe 500 miles on it.

Recently, when I hit the brakes, the brake pedal has a bad vibration. This is not a typical vibration like the rotors are warped. It happens at low to moderate speeds and feels exactly like a car with anti-lock brakes being applied on ice. A weird but loud vibration that is definitely felt in the pedal. Feels like it will throw your foot off of the pedal sometimes. Some days it never does it, other days it happens every time I stop. When it doesn't happen, the brakes are as smooth as any I have ever felt...no shudder, vibration, or anything.

Has anyone experienced this? If so, how is it fixed? I've researched the brake issues with these trucks, but I haven't read anything that sounded like what I am experiencing.

These trucks are known to warp brakes. I changed my fronts and rears out at around 35 and they both were pretty close to being gone. I had the bad shakes when slowing down from highway speeds.

The only thing I can think of is warped rotors or the ABS is kicking in.

Default Thanks

After doing a bit more research, I now believe 100% that the issue is the ABS kicking in. This is happening on hard surfaces and is intermittent.

If anyone has had or still has this issue, please let me know what I can do. Could it be ABS sensors, reluctor rings, or something to that nature?
