25- 28 foot pounds , Loose plugs common on these engines . Don't go by feel . If you have one loose its a good bet you need to check them all .

Hello everyone..I have an issue whith none other than my 05, 5.4 ,f-150 4x4 I just rebuilt new electronics in the 4R75E transmission.it worked perfect for first two weeks now when it's first drive of the morning it's perfect after I reach operating temperature it shift into od and immediately start slipping and from that point on as long as it's warm it's slipping it I let the truck set ..Get it's fine until I reach temp..I fixed accumulators separator plates was cracked I replaced it I will mention when the shift gets shifty..I get a weird vibration I feel it in the fuel pedal brake ...Any input would be greatly appreciated St this point I've become informationally impaired...Oh and I did relearn nd set to factory settings..

First off welcome to the forum, second .. read back to yourself what you wrote.. and third ... when you need help with something ...
Make your own post, don't add on to somebody's.. forth .. sounds like you may have a bad torque converter..you don't mention the mileage or the last time the tranny has been serviced.
