I recently started throwing this code.

when driving and cruising around 1700rpms i give it a little gas to accelerate to about 2000-2100 and she will try to down shift but wont and will shoot up to about 3000-3100 and just do that repeatedly.

it was doing this before i threw the code and i took it to the transmission shot that rebuilt about 6 months ago and they replaced the computer in the trany but it wasn't the issue. (probably useless information for y'all)

Did you check the atf level? If it's not right it will cause issues. Otherwise I would be looking at the wiring for bad grounds, loose plugs or worn spots in the harness.

 

Is it only happening when's overdrive is on?
