Just bought a 2004 Supercrew Lariat and it has everything but the backup sensors, can I add them aftermarket and are they as good as stock ones? Also it only has 34,000 miles on it, is there anything I should be conserned about has far are major problems it seems to drive pretty well.

 

Welcome aboard! Anything can be added, just depends on how deep your pockets are. You can add the sensors to your existing bumper, either aftermarket, or find a wrecked F150 at your local junkyard and remove what you need.As to what you should be concerned about for your 2004, it depends on what engine you have....the early 5.4 V8's have issues with spark plug breakage, cam phasers, and ticking.

There's a sticky at the top of this section on the spark plug issue; this could be the most expensive item.
