2004 p2106 limpmode
my truck keeps going into limp mode right at 40mph everytime it is first started, the code reads p2106 (P2106 Throttle Actuator Control System-Forced Limited Power) i have cleaned the TB and have replaced the TPS and the problem remains to exist...does this mean i have to replace the entire throttle body? My abs light is also on...could that have anything to do with it also?
try to get the code for the ABS. it must another code like the one for the DTC.
From what can i gather online, that code sometimes is just the same as saying that you are nw in limp mode and some other problem may be in the truck. if you got an abs light, get the code for that.

buy you can try your luck and go to a discount auto parts store and ask them for a reader that can read the abs error. it is usually free, if they have the scanner in the store.
I had that 2106 code too so i did everything on it changed fuel filter, flushed it, changed throttle body with the tps reprogramed that got done at the dealer.the tps got done yesterday and now im sitting here again at the dealer and they said they have to call there ford hotline cause they cant figure it out. I just hope its not the tranny cause i just forked over 900 bucks to get my throttle body and tps reprogramed. When i took it out of the shop i drove it ten miles and the check engine light is on, then the wrench. The truck keeps jerking when i try to run it and when i take my foot of the gas. Does anyone else know what else it could be
