Alright, been doin some research on here. I have a 2004 FX4 that needs some tires. According to the charts a 33x12.50 should fit on stock wheels on an unleveled truck. I was looking at a 295 65 18 which equals out to a 33.3x11.8. Would this be a good fit? I don't plan on leveling the truck as I kinda like the stance. As far as performance, who makes a good package deal with headers, exhaust, CAI, and a programmer? I checked out Banks. Any other options? Again, great site and thank you in advance.

 

Performance package deal, I would check out Stage III Motorsports. They have some pretty cool stuff. As far as tires, there's a sticky thread dedicated to all things tire size at the top of the 04-08 forum thread list, but I think it should work.

 

33's will fit fine. I just put a 2" leveling kit on my 04 FX4 and put 35's on. They look awesome, have a slight rub at full lock, but nothing terrible. Even if you just put 33's on, I'd suggest a leveling kit. Very easy to put on, takes about 2 hours and drastically improves the stance/look in my opinion.

 

Yeah, I checked out the thread on tire size before I asked in order to avoid getting dogged out about it. That's where I got the initial info. I just want to go a little bigger and think that would be a good fit also. Was looking at a set of Pro Comp Xtreme MT2. I'll check out Stage III as well.
