Default 2004 f150 5.4

So, all in all, long story shortened, truck wont start when turning unless I give it throttle. If I take my foot off the gas it dies. When it is running, it's idling rough and blowing white smoke with a lil water coming off tailpipe. Thanks again!

Bigblaster, glad to hear you're making progress. Don't worry about a small amount of white smoke (water condensation) or water coming out of your tailpipe. If you have pure combustion, you'll produce water. In this case water is a good sign. If your engine runs, that's a good sign. We need to fix your idle problem.

Have you "cleaned" your throttle body to get rid of the carbon/residue? The service manual does not recommend the use of throttle body cleaner as it may damage a coating on the throttle body itself. You can use a damp lint free cloth to wipe the throttle body....see if that cleans it. Lots of articles on how to clean throttle body.

Ok, the truck will run at rough idle anyway. Enough to get codes.
P2198
Po113
Po223
Po223
Po356
P2110
Poo22
Po102
I'm gonna start researching the codes and see what pops. One thing though, #1 coil screw to hold in place, will not tighten down and pull the coil fully seated. I'm sure that's not helping matters. Thanks again for all the help/advice!

Also cat converter on passenger side is smoking hot after only starting the truck and pulling up on ramps

That's a good sign that your cats are bad or plugged up and that alone can cause bad idle

Also, when it first is fired up it gets some hiccup backfires as well as white smoke from exhaust. I held my hand by it, no coolant stink, but made my hand smell like some kind of funkiness.
