It's much easier to swap rear blocks and that doesn't require an alignment. A different size spacer up front should/would.

So does anyone know about 1/2" blocks for the rear?

As I told you, get the 2.5" and swap out your current 2" for those. You'll gain 1/2". That's the way to do it. No one offers a 1/2" block that I know of, and you're better off not stacking blocks.

I was looking at the blocks and I noticed that the ones you posted were square where as the ones that are suppose to replace are a different shape as indicated in the photos. Does this make a difference?

That's just a bumpstop built into the oe block. Whether you have it or not doesn't really matter. I hope you wouldn't
be over loading the truck that much anyway. Ha.
