Hi, I'm trying to trubbleshoot my no Crank issue. I have power and can hear the starter ingage but it seems like it doesn't have any amprige .I think my PCM is fried! I have checked the OBD2 port and all readings are good.

Why would you assume the pcm is fried?
check the wire connections at the battery and at the starter for looseness or corrosion.
the starter could be faulty or the battery weak.

Why would you think the PCM is shot? I would start with the wiring connections to Starter. You could be getting electric to the solenoid but if there is a bad connection or corroded conection it will not deliver enough to start the truck. Good Luck!!!
