2004 fx4 4 door.

After vehicle is off I can still roll down the windows and the radio is on, even when passenger and driver door are open. There is no chime when I open the door either. I replaced the door ajar switch on the driver side and the symptoms continue. Checked the door jambs for spliced wireds and no damage. Any idea?

An extra, although im not sure related, is that the outside keypad does not light up nor function and neither does the lock/unlock button inside.

 

The first thing I would do is pull relay 02 in the passenger side fuse panel. Then I would pull the similar relays in there to find one exactly like 02. If found I'd stick it into the relay 02 spot and see if that affects the problems mentioned. If not found I'd test the relay and if bad get a replacement.

Relay 02 provides power to the radio, door locks, and windows.
