Default 2004 F-150 Broken hard Vacuum line help

2004 Ford F150 5.4 I found what I guess is a hard vacuum line that goes under the battery that was broke and can not find where it goes. I have looked everywhere on this truck.
I attached a couple pictures. Thanks for any help!

I notice in the photo that your vacuum solenoid (mounted to the firewall behind the battery) does not have a rain cover. While you have the battery out, unbolt it from the wall and take a piece of plastic from a windshield washer bottle and cut it to be as wide as the solenoid mount plate and about 8 or 10 inches long (you can trim it after install) poke holes in the plastic so that it slides over the mount studs in the wall and remount the vacuum solenoid (the lip from the cowl will cause the plastic to bend over and protect the vent cap from water pouring down on it). This will protect it from sucking in water that comes of the cowl just above it, which in turn with stop the IWE springs from rusting and seizing and causing the IWE rings to grind on the hub spline. This is a common problem and requires the IWEs to need replacement. If you were to purchase a new IWE vacuum vent solenoid you would find they all have hoods to protect the vent cap from sucking in water. This just saves you $25 or more.
