My 2004 5.4 is bouncing the tach in overdrive when at lower rpm's. You can definitely feel the pull when it does this. it jumps between 1000-1200 rpm. I don't feel like it's transmission slip, but I'm not exactly sure. To me, it feels like something coming from the engine, possibly MAF sensor. I only notice it in this area, but that's not saying it's not happening at lower speeds/other gears. I keep getting mixed messages on here. Just hoping that someone can give me a straight answer so I'm not just throwing parts at it. Thanks.
