Hello, a while back I was driving my 2004 5.4 f150 and as I went uphill it started feeling like it was shaking. Parked it and even when it idles it sounds like it has a knock to it. Check engine light came on and I used my code reader and had a bank 1 lean code and a misfire in cylinder 3&4. Cleaned the mass airflow sensor and throttle body, ran some sea foam through gas, changed fuel filter, and lastly changed coil packs. The codes seem to have gone away and when I test drove it the same thing happened. Now I have a bank 2 lean code? Can anyone help me solve this issue?

when was the last time the plugs were changed... why would you not change the plug on 3&4 when you did the COP ?
