Question 2004-2008 front shocks. Replacement question

Font shocks replacement. I settled on a good replacement for my stock 2007 F150 4.6 V8 2WD truck. Bilstein 4600 series shocks I found at American Trucks. Oddly RockAuto didn’t have Bilstein shocks.

My question is will mechanic have tools to transfer coil and mout? Or do I need a shock/strut/coil complete assembly?

Thank you

Any mechanic should have spring compressors. The shocks I ordered actually came with detailed instructions.

I did this job myself at home you can get free rental of these tools at auto zone.

other than that standard tools.

also good choice of shock I’ve had mine for years and never had an issue……
