You'll get it. The first side takes a little bit, but you can breeze through the other side in 15 mins after you learned from the first side. The thing that was tricky for me, was the sway bar end links.
You can get it with hand tools. Make sure you have a big pry bar. Helps with getting things lined back up.
And, of course, get an alignment when complete.
