2.5 leveling kit
when you run a wide tire on a narrow rim, you have to make a choice between running them at a pressure that will give you good wear and a good contact patch which is going to be a lower pressure to allow the side wall to flex more... that lower psi is going to make the tire run hotter than a stock tire at the stock psi but whether that turns into a blow out or not depends on a lot of factors... the other option is to air them up higher to avoid the excess heat created but then you have uneven wear and less tread contacting the road which can become a problem.
i don't mean to be rude, but because you "can" do something and you are comfortable with it, doesn't mean it's safe or that someone should do it.
I think you'll be happy with those and you "could" almost clear them on a none leveled 4wd so rubbing won't be an issue with a level but should still fill the wheel well nicely
I run them at 47psi, and have done the chalk test numerous times. They are wearing evenly with normal rotations. Still not scared.
For the leveling question, yes, I have a 2.5" HBS level.

are you pretty loaded up most of the time? normally a wider higher volume tire requires less air than a lower volume tire.
I have 315/70/17s on mine with a Rancho Quick Lift. I have a weird situation...I only rub when in reverse at full lock. I tried to trip a little of the fender overlay, but it still rubs slightly. I think it's the spacing on my ProComp wheels.
that's actually pretty common... you should be able to trim quite a bit back there and have it still look good, but a lot of back spacing could make this worse (i'm guessing anything over 5.5" 's ) the other thing is your tires will obviously wear and as long as it's only rubbing on the plastic you could just deal with it until they wear a little
