I have BFG KM2s on my Jeep and ProComp X-A/Ts on the F-150; like both. However, before I can "qualify" a tire, it helps to know what your intentions are and what kind of duty your tires will see (i.e. snow, on-road only, mud, etc.).

Here are my votes:

Street/Highway = BFG A/T, ProComp A/T, Cooper A/T 2
Mud = BFG KM2 or General M/T
Snow = BFG A/T or Good Year Duratrac

There are a lot of good American and European brands, so I've personally avoided companies like Nitto, Toyo, and Yokohama, but I won't get into a fair trade and anti-globalist debate here. The truth is that BFG is French [Michelin] and some of the aforementioned companies share 3rd party manufacturing facilities; often with multi-stage production that occurs in many parts of the world.

Im looking for the best all around tire that has a rugged tread design. So on and offroad and snow and mud
Is the bfg A/T the best option then? I want 33's so yeah

I've ran alot of bfg a/t used. On Craigslist you can find them used with around 50% tread and still get 15-20k miles out them. Really long lasting tire. They worked great ran them on my nissan. I hat 33s then 35s

I will be doing most of my driving on-road, but use my truck on various hunting adventures and need something with some off-road capabilities. Do the open country MTs make a lot of noise on the highway?

Would a 285/70/17 look good on a 4x4 with a 2.5" spacer? Or would that be too small?
