Just a little update on a boring thread. I used the 09 mirrors for about 6 months. Last month i sold my factory 07 heated mirrors for $100 even with the passanger side housing broke. So at this point im up $70 and have new 09 mirrors. Last week i saw a post on CL that a guy had a set of factory tow mirrors he wanted to trade. I callled him asap and he came right over and we did the swap that day. They were on a 2010 KR with power and puddle lamps. They did have chrome caps on them but i pulled, prepped,and painted them black to match my truck. So i ended up with tow mirrors and an extra $70. The downside is the new mirrors aren't auto dimming or heated. All in all i think i made out great on this deal. I was almost to the point of wasting money on a set of tasco mirrors but my cheapness paid off.
