08 5.4 problems

My 08 5.4 with 100k. Has started sputtering and even died when I put it in reverse or in drive at low rpm. It runs fine and doesn't throw any codes ????

May need a good throttle body and Mass Air flow cleaning. You're at 100k time to hit it with a bunch of fluid changes and maintenance like plugs and fuel filter.

FST is spot on here.. any maintenance history ?
