Started the truck from cold this morning and really payed attention while it warmed up....feels like it has a bad misfire, like it almost wants to stall.
I then turned on the a/c and it settled out a good bit but still has a slight shake to it.
Does this sound like a bad COP or possible low oil pressure?
I wanna bring it in to get tested but definitely not going to Ford....like someone else said, they'll just try to put a new engine in it, using my wallet.

Here, try this first. Disconnect your battery for an hour or more, overnight even. Connect it back up, let it completely warm up (15 to 20 min). Turn on AC, let idle for at least 1 min. Put foot on brake, put in drive (still with AC on), and idle for at least 1 min. Then go for a drive of at least 10 miles, more might be better. This will let your computer relearn the fuel curve. Hopefully it will help. If not, it still didn't cost much.

I've owned Fords all my life my entire family works at ford. I've done engine work on them a million times and I can tell you right now it's probably the phaser. It's a very very common problem with these trucks and would not surprise me at all if that's what's causing your issue I have a lifted 2008 5.4 3 valve and it is having a lot of the same issues. Got it checked and sure as **** it was the phaser..
