Had a buzzing sound coming from the interior fuse box and now won't start. Don't even get accessory lights when I put a charged jump box on it and tried to start it.

First things to check: batt cables/connections and grounds (start with the ones behind kick panel near fuse box). Do you have rust below fuse box?

I will definitely check for rust. I know the rockers have rust, just don't know the extent. The battery terminal recently needed to be tightened and I've been having problems with starting. It'll click 3-6 times or more before it actually turns over. Thought maybe it was the starter, got one and haven't been able to put it on yet. The previous owner rounded off the top bolt on it. Now this happened.

First check the battery (load test) 2nd replace that starter cleang all terminals as you go !!...Does buzzing sound as much like a heavy chatter/clicking /kinda knocking sound would suggest low battery power or bad/dirty connections !!

It was mostly buzzing and had some random clicking. I was at work and didn't have much time to inspect it until I got off. By then, it had stopped and just nothing at all. While it was buzzing, I try to start it and there was nothing then as well. My boss try using his jump box and it showed the battery being fully charged.

The problem could be at the starter or somewhere else in the start circuit. You can determine whether the starter is the problem by jumping it. This link can help with that: https://mechanics.stackexchange.com/...-starter#26131.
