Question 06 Idle Problem

Hello how is everyone. I am sorry for posting this since I am sure it has been touched on many times. Any help would be appreciated.

Problem:

06 F150 v8 5.4l with 87k on it. After starting and going in either reverse or forward, the rpm will jump on their own. They will bounce from 500-1000 a few times, sometimes cause the truck to want to move forward. It happened a few times and I changed the fuel filter and cleaned the K&N air filter. It did not happen for a while and in the last couple of days it has gotten worse. Sometimes even doing it after driving a while. I noticed today that sitting at a red light you could see the rpm bounce from 500-600/700. It did not want to move forward like before, just idled differently. There are no codes and no engine light on yet.

Any suggestions on which way to go?
