I need to drop the rear section of my headliner (2006 F150 SUPERCREW) to be able to mount lights facing out of the rear window. How do I go about removing the headliner???? thanks

 

You need to remove all the plastic trim around it, like the a,b,c-pillers, the seat belt trim. You'll need to remove the shoulder belt as well.
You may not have to remove the sunvisors because your only droping the back.

Should just fall down

 

can you take the headliner out of the truck? like in a supercrew will it fit out the doors?

 

Did you ever figure this out? I think there must be an easier way than removing all the plastic trim on the sides??? I just need to acces the electrical connection to that light.

He lives down the street from me, I heard he's still working on it. I think he took off 3 of the pillars so far and is still doing some research for the rest.



But in all seriousness, the headliner is one piece it needs to be dropped. If you are just trying to get into the rear section, you may be able to just take off the trim from the back half and it may drop enough for you to get in there. If that doesn't work, you need to drop the entire liner.
