The tires on my truck were really bad and causing the truck to pull. I recently purchased 4 new tires and an alignment. The truck still pulls to the Right so I had a different shop do the alignment, and it was within specs. After going through all of this I took the truck to a local Ford dealership for a suspension check and everything appears to be okay. The current mileage is 85K. Where do I turn next?

is it a bad jerk-like pull to the left or does it just slowly drift right. I worked one summer for a road crew when i was in high school and at least they put a slope on the road that serves to move water away from the center of the road....so every vehicle i have driven with little to no wind should pull to the right very slowly. but if its a jerk-pulling that is happening...i would check your power steering system.

What he said. Next time you approach a bridge look at the angle of the concrete and look ahead down the highway as you drive. Most all roads have an angle to the right for water to move off the roadway. Some do go to the left but most to the right. So unless it is jerking, I would say it is just the road.

Check the brakes on the side that it is pulling to also. I had that problem and the caliper on passengers side was sticking and got progressively worse.
