Default 05 bucking or missing

Ok,new problem. I recently washed my engine(now i know i should not have)and I blew a cop on cylinder 3,it was missing and bucking. Now i still have the bucking, its hard to tell if its a miss. It only does it at 40 to 55mph when i gradually accelerate from there.Although it did do it one time when pulling out. It does run alot better since i changed the cop,now what could be causing this?? Another coil? It idles great.Should have never listened to my buddy, this is getting expensive!
