hi guys, graduated from ranger to 2005 f 150 5.4 w/130k with climate control , here is the problem, when I got in it today had the c/c set at 82 but only blew cold air, played around with speed control ,shut it off and on waited for engine temp to hit operating temp, ect ect, played with it for a day , no gocold air set on floor -defrost -blend ...it moved to those locations, no noise no problems, ....but when I set the temp to 90 it blows hot air, if I set it to 85 (wich is the next setting) back to cold, now I have read once that the temp reading on dash by odometer could cause this to happen( mine is defalt to 140 degrees) I am going to replace it tomorrow but just wondering if the 2 are really connected, or will I have to fish the dash,of course I am fresh out of warranty so this will be my problem, any ideas will be appreciated as always....thanks guys
P.S. before warranty expired I got a new 5.4 thanks to cam phasers

The temp display next to the odometer DOES affect the HVAC, replace the sensor at the rad,
