I'm trying to help out a co-worker with her 04 with MANUAL windows. The window stopped working, and she said the cables are all tore up on the regulator.
Doing a search, all I can find are the old style scissor lift regulators. Having a hard time finding the new style with the cables.
I understand Ford used up a lot of the old style to get rid of them in the early 04's.

Any idea if the old style scissor regulator will bolt in in place of the new style cable regulator???
I wonder if the doors and mountings holes for the regulators would be the same.
