Default '04 Lariat Starting Problems

Picked up a used '04 Lariat Screw 4x4 with 10k miles on it. Love the truck but i'm having an intermitant starting problem. When I insert the key and turn it to the start position...nothing happens. No cranking...just a click and nothing. I try it 5-10 times and nothing. Then sometimes I try it and it will start. Thinking it could be the PATS or ECM... Anyone have this problem?

Guys...finally got the Screw to the dealer today. They did some tests and said it was a bad starter. The truck only has 10.5K on it. Anyway, they installed a new starter under warranty.

Thanks again!
