Very interesting...
Really seems to me like a electrical issue stopping the fuel flow. I think you need to pull the line to see if there is fuel in the line in the morning at the engine....if there is, and it "squirts" out with a bit of residual pressure, then it may be something stopping the injector's firing...
The fact that it starts with some "fuel" when spayed in via the air intake removes the possibility of a spark problem.

May have found it!!!!
So, I tried to start it in neutral with the brake on no difference, still wouldn't start. I went to a different town while I was working and made a pit stop to a different dealership and asked to speak with the head mechanic. I told him my situation and parts bought/replaced. He then pulled up an alldata testing sheet. Similar to one I had downloaded. He informed me to trace the pin 1 and pin 6 to the PCM and check the voltage(pin 30&pin62) on the PCM connector and test it unhooked. If I test pin 30 to ground and test 62 to ground and get between 4.5-5.5 volts the PCM is bad. When I tested it I got nothing which said the fpdm module was bad. Yet I already replaced it with a new doorman part. So I searched further and found if u jump pin 2&3 and jump pin 4&5 on the fpdm harness u bypass the PCM. If it starts it the module if not it's a short or PCM. Sure as **** it started. I jumped each pin with a 20amp fuse jumper. I'll test it again in the morning to double check my findings. Its hard to believe I bought a faulty fuel pump and fuel pump driver module online and both were faulty. This has been a 2month headache and just mind blowing. If it wasn't for threads on this website that were posted years ago I would have never have figured this out. Keep responding and giving advice. bcuz of all this Idk how much money I saved. Fingers crossed it starts tomorrow morning. If it does, I'm golden. You all have been very helpful. Much appreciated. I fill u on on tomorrow mornings start. Fingers crossed
