Default 04 F150 Starting problems

I have an 2004 f150, and on my way to work the other day my engine stalled while i was driving, I pulled over, and could not get it to start, and I lost all power to everything after a couple of minutes. I tried to boost it and still could not start it.

After I got it towed home, I used the inertia switch and got it started a couple times, but it sounded like it was choking, and stayed aorund 1000-2000rpms and eventually stalled. I have checked the driving module it looks good. And now I can't even get the engine to turn over.

Could there be some sort of easy, inexpensive fix for this? It was running fine up until that point. I did have my wiring harness in the back replaced becuase someone had ripped it off just after I bought the truck and my tail light stopped working as a result of that. Not sure if that could fix it up or possibly it was installed wrong causing a short? Please any suggestions will help. Thanks in advance.
