04 5.4 won't stay running possible fuel pump?

Turns out it was rotted off the frame and laying on the spare tire so I can pretty much be sure that's the issue

Good on you for checking FPDM. Never trust a truck to fix itself, it is only setting you up to be stranded in a worse spot...
